文(wen)(wen)化(hua)和(he)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)(you)部國(guo)際(ji)交(jiao)流(liu)與合作(zuo)(zuo)局有關負責人表示，入境旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)(you)是(shi)中國(guo)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)(you)業的(de)(de)重要(yao)組成部分。大力發展(zhan)入境旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)(you)對促(cu)進和(he)帶(dai)動中國(guo)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)(you)業整體水平提(ti)高具有重要(yao)意義；對增進中國(guo)與世(shi)界各國(guo)和(he)地區人民(min)的(de)(de)友(you)好交(jiao)往、傳播中華優秀(xiu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)和(he)文(wen)(wen)明成果、促(cu)進對外開放，具有積極(ji)作(zuo)(zuo)用。發展(zhan)入境旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)(you)，也是(shi)疫(yi)情后世(shi)界主要(yao)經濟體普遍采取的(de)(de)拉動消費、恢復經濟的(de)(de)重要(yao)手(shou)段。
當前，中國(guo)入(ru)(ru)境(jing)(jing)(jing)游(you)有序恢復(fu)，2024年春節期間，入(ru)(ru)出境(jing)(jing)(jing)旅(lv)游(you)約(yue)683萬人次，其(qi)中出境(jing)(jing)(jing)游(you)約(yue)360萬人次，入(ru)(ru)境(jing)(jing)(jing)游(you)約(yue)323萬人次。在優(you)化入(ru)(ru)境(jing)(jing)(jing)旅(lv)游(you)支付服務(wu)方面，文化和旅(lv)游(you)部采取了(le)相應舉(ju)措，比如北(bei)京市(shi)(shi)，推(tui)動(dong)全市(shi)(shi)重點商圈(quan)、景點、公園、酒(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)等(deng)重要場(chang)景的外(wai)卡受理能力升(sheng)級(ji)改(gai)造，建立(li)首都國(guo)際機場(chang)和大興國(guo)際機場(chang)境(jing)(jing)(jing)外(wai)來賓支付服務(wu)示范區。上(shang)海市(shi)(shi)，部署推(tui)動(dong)三星級(ji)及以上(shang)酒(jiu)(jiu)店(dian)、3A級(ji)及以上(shang)旅(lv)游(you)景區等(deng)場(chang)所開通外(wai)卡POS機，優(you)化境(jing)(jing)(jing)外(wai)游(you)客支付服務(wu)。
